We do not print a personal name, personal email address, phone number, or street address on this site. The domain is registered with registrar privacy protection. We do not publish WHOIS or registrar contact data.
How to reach us
Use the contact form. That is the only public contact method. Do not expect a published inbox, phone line, or office address.
What we collect
Contact form. Whatever you type: name of a company (if you give one), a reply email so we can answer, message text, and standard technical metadata the form or host may attach (time submitted, spam-score fields). We use that to reply and to keep a record of listing requests and corrections. We do not put your reply email on a public page.
Server and security logs. The host and the CDN in front of this site receive IP address, user-agent, requested URL, and similar connection data. That is used to run the site, block abuse, and diagnose outages.
Cookies and similar storage.
- Strictly useful cookies: login (if you have an account), form tokens, cookie-consent or banner state.
- Analytics cookies or scripts, if enabled, to see which pages get read — aggregated traffic, not a public subscriber count.
- Affiliate or referral cookies, if you follow a marked outbound link. Those are set by the affiliate network or merchant, not as a way to identify you on our pages. See the affiliate disclosure.
You can block cookies in the browser. The site may still work. Some form or login features may not.
Analytics and processors
We may use a web analytics tool and the usual stack that keeps a WordPress site online: hosting, a content-delivery network, DNS, and spam filtering on the form. Those processors see what they need to provide the service. We do not sell form submissions as a marketing list.
We do not publish analytics dashboards, subscriber totals, or invented traffic claims.
Directory listings
Editorial stubs use public company information (name, official website, what they make). They are not a source of personal data. If a company asks to be listed or to correct a stub, we still will not publish a personal email, phone, or street address.
Children’s data
This site is for a construction-trade audience. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
How long we keep form mail
Form messages are kept as long as needed to answer and to maintain a listing or correction record, then removed from active inboxes in the ordinary course of operations. Server logs follow the host’s and CDN’s retention settings.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
